简介：
阿貝託（Claudio Bisio 克勞迪奧·比西奧 飾）在鎮上的郵局裏幹了一輩子，因爲這份工作，他和妻子西爾維婭（安傑拉·菲諾基亞羅 Angela Finocchiaro 飾）之間的關係非常的緊張，西爾維婭希望阿貝託能夠再努力努力爭取被調到大城市米蘭工作，但阿貝託的努力似乎帶來了反效果，他不但沒有被升職，還遭到了貶值被調到了位於偏僻南方的分部上班。 作爲一個北方人，要在南方生活對於阿貝託來說會是一件非常可怕的事情，但很快的他就發現，自己所在的這個男方小鎮上的居民們都非常的友好和善良。他甚至在這裏交到了朋友馬蒂亞（亞歷桑德羅·希亞尼 Alessandro Siani 飾），而妻子對於這一切還一無所知。
