是以海明威的小說《The Killers》爲主題，韓國導演們以不同的視角和風格完成的短篇電影集項目。小說講述了實行禁酒令的20世紀20年代，兩名僱兇殺人者來到酒吧後發生的故事，描繪了美國大蕭條時期的風景。 從此次項目的企劃開始，作爲總創意參與其中的李明世導演表示：“通過現在這個時代的導演們以不同的視角看待海明威的短篇小說《殺人者》，重新詮釋的殺手故事匯聚成一部作品。以《殺手》這個素材爲中心，演員和藝術作品等共同要素有機地連接在一起，這次將不是個別作品，而是成爲一個完整體的獨特工作。”
